because everyone has been sick!

One of the great things about social media is you can easily see what illnesses are spreading in your area.  The past week or so, I have seen countless updates about a stomach bug here in Florida.  A couple of weeks a go, a nasty cold virus swept through our house twice.

Cold weather (well not today because Florida weather is bipolar) and heated air are a breeding ground for all sorts of nasty bugs.

Parenting to motivate your kids — Staying healthy and germ free is a family affair.  I am working towards motivating my kids to work with me rather than constantly nagging.  I may have to check out this book after reading this great review.
