Blueberry Vanilla Protein Popsicle Recipe

Blueberry Protein Popsicle


Ingredients:

(Makes 4 popsicles.)

1/2 c blueberries

1/4 c lowfat cottage cheese

1 container plain greek yogurt

1/2 scoop Eas Vanilla Protein Powder

Popsicle Mold

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Eas Whey Protein Frozen Popsicle

I like to use my little handy chopper.

blueberry cottage cheese greek yogurt popsicle

Blend until smooth.

vanilla blueberry popsicle

Spoon into popsicle mold.

Let them freeze overnight.

Enjoy!
