Printable Minecraft Valentines cards for the class

I don’t grumble about my kids love affair with Minecraft. I don’t even mind when they natter on and on about their worlds.

In my house, Minecraft has succeeded in the impossible–bridging the gender gap. I am taking advantage of it with these adorable printable Minecraft Valentines cards I was not a girly girl as a child. I was a nerdy girl that loved nothing more than to read books. Though my daughter loves reading as much as I did as a child, she is as girly as they come.

Printable Minecraft Valentines that the whole class will love.

Everything she picks is pink or purple. For as long as she has been able to communicate her preference, she has made her interest in “fashion” known. Her hair is long and wavy. She has no intention of ever letting me cut it short. Ever.

For a few years, if it wasn’t a dress she wouldn’t wear it.

My son on the other hand, is an active always moving little boy tornado. He refuses any color he deems too girly. He plays soccer and gets in trouble for play fighting.

They are as different as they come. But then they discovered Minecraft.

Last year, we made two sets of Valentines Day cards. We made these melted crayon Valentines first. Pea loved them. Pork Chop did not.

In fact, he asked if we could make “boy ones” for him. So we made the bouncy ball planet cards. Both kids enjoyed making both sets of cards but they clearly wanted one set over the other.

This year I showed them this set of Minecraft Valentines Cards. <–You can click to print them.

We will be printing these out on cardstock and adding a little treat!

Both of them want them for their class. Both of them.

This works out well for us this year. They still get unique Valentines cards instead of the same cards that everyone else is handing out. (You know, the cards that are on sale at Target right now.) Plus they are happy because they know their classmates also love Minecraft.

There will be lots of smiles in their classes this year.
