I’m a big fan of food. Maybe that’s why moving to a nutritious diet isn’t a big deal to me. (I actually have a harder time moving away from sugar than I do adding in healthy food.)
I enjoy healthy food just as much as I enjoy unhealthy food. I’m an equal opportunity eater. My goal has always been adding more nutrients to my family’s diet, while limiting unhealthy food.
There are “healthy” foods that are downright delicious–like my new smoothie recipe.
