Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Pudding Recipe
But first, a disclaimer. This recipe is a lower sugar treat but it is still a treat. There are still carbs found in the dairy ingredients and the natural sugar in the strawberries. But again, I believe in moderation. I know from experience that if you don’t exercise and you have protein shakes every day, you’ll still likely gain weight. Additional protein does you no good if your body doesn’t need it.
- 1 (11oz) Premier Protein Strawberry & Cream Flavored Drink
- 1/3 cup milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
- 1 small package (3.4 oz) cheesecake instant pudding
- fresh strawberries, washed and chopped (as many as you want!)
Directions:
Mix together instant pudding mix, protein drink, and milk in a large bowl. Use a whisk to mix well until no lumps or clumps remain. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.
Spoon into small dishes or pudding cups. When it comes to potlucks or parties, presentation can be the difference between a dish that is gone in a few minutes or has to be brought back home. Top your cheesecake pudding cups with fresh strawberries.

This looks like a great recipe. I am with you that my eating habits and work out habits go hand in hand. I feel more motivated to eat well when I’m exercising and I hate to ruin a good workout with junk food after. My body can tell when I’m eating poorly.
That said, sometimes life happens and some things are outside of our control. Hopefully your health issues are resolving so you can get back to your happy balance of working out.
I’m about half way through the Let’s Collab book and I’m enjoying it. I’m a new-ish blogger so I really feel like I have a lot to learn. I love being in community though so I want to find my blogging tribe.
I hope your week is off to a good start!

Thank you Mary! My week is going well. The last few weeks of the school year tend to get hectic for sure. Let me know if you come across anything I can elaborate on for you in the book. Just ask in the Let’s Collab group or message me.
