Healthy and Happy on Family Fun Friday

Health and happiness aren’t mutually exclusive. I’ve been wallowing in guilt over my failure to work out through the holidays. I finally started back up again two weeks ago with a vengeance. I even managed to stick to my eating plan. Nutritious food does taste yummy and there are ways to enjoy desserts without derailing your goals. This week I am featuring some healthier treats for that sweet tooth and also a post about saving money on the best workout motivation–a Disney Cruise!
