Vanilla Blackberry Protein Pudding Cups

Blackberry premier protein

  • 1 container (11 oz) [easyazon_link identifier=”B00AQG3HJY” locale=”US” tag=”scrugcorne-20″]Premier Protein Vanilla Drink[/easyazon_link]
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz size) [easyazon_link identifier=”B00KBZMC8W” locale=”US” tag=”scrugcorne-20″]Instant Vanilla Pudding[/easyazon_link]
  • 12 fresh blackberries, crushed
  • 4-6 whole fresh blackberries

Directions: 

Pour vanilla Premier Protein drink and milk into a [easyazon_link identifier=”B00LGLHUA0″ locale=”US” tag=”scrugcorne-20″]mixing bowl[/easyazon_link].

Stir well. Pour pudding mix into the liquid and use a whisk until blended and no lumps remain.

Crush your blackberries.

Vanilla Blackerry protein pudding

Reserve 1/2 cup vanilla pudding. Stir remaining pudding with crushed blackberries.

Refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Pour blackberry pudding mixture into [easyazon_link identifier=”B001K40IOS” locale=”US” tag=”scrugcorne-20″]small glass cups[/easyazon_link].

Blackberry pudding

Top with a dollop of reserved vanilla pudding and a fresh blackberry. Return to the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 4-6 pudding cups depending on the size of your cup.
