I eat a lot of hard-boiled eggs.  It's part of my healthy eating plan. I like egg "whites"--but pinks, blues, and greens not so much. I get the icks when I think about eating eggs that have been hidden in piles of leaves.  Then I get grossed out by eggs that have tinted whites because of the dye.
