I still make sure to grab my favorite pumpkin flavored treats and I have already made my first pumpkin pie of the season. Here’s another great fall dessert–pumpkin mousse.

Quick and Easy Pumpkin Mousse
Mousse Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- chopped pecans for garnish
Directions:
Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar in a mixer with a wire whisk for about five minutes until stiff. Place 1/2 cup into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (1M used) and refrigerate until ready to use.

Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon to remaining whipped cream in the bowl. Beat until combined, scraping down sides halfway through.
Spoon into dishes and garnish with chopped pecans and reserved cream.
