I did not buy a single box of Thin Mints this cookie season. Who says I can’t avoid temptation? I love them but I eat way too many.
But there is something so refreshing about minty chocolate. I always need help when it comes to my cravings. My sweet tooth is my undoing when it comes to my health and fitness goals.
Got a soft spot for Andes? No problem. Can’t stay away from mint chocolate chip ice cream? Got you covered. This recipe helps tame that sweet tooth for sure.

Sweets, oh glorious sweets. They derail my weight loss efforts every time. Most of my easy popsicle recipes are made with my kids in mind but there is one popsicle that I like to make just for me. I usually go to the gym around lunch time. I like it when there are less people there…
I have a major sweet tooth. It is what often derails my weight loss efforts! I am that girl that can’t resist the midnight bowl of ice cream. So I had to stop buying ice cream! You may think that sharing my easy popsicle recipes is strange during the winter but I am willing to…
I wholeheartedly believe making healthy snacks for kids. A family favorite in our house are healthy Cheerio balls. Since we made these Peanut Butter Banana Cheerios Balls, we’ve tried different flavors and toppings. We even make them for holidays! We just made St. Patrick’s Day Cheerios Balls and Valentine’s Cheerio Snack Balls a month before. The kids love these!…
It’s spring, pollen is everywhere, and I am back to eating healthy and working out. So I guess you can say I not only did some spring cleaning in my bathroom but I am in the midst of spring cleaning my life. One of the biggest misconceptions about eating a nutritious diet is that it…

Breakfast and meal planning. Two things I don’t really care for. But if I have to eat something in the morning then I’d rather not cook it. I love these sweet potato and sausage breakfast cups because they are small, nutritious and tasty! However, in the interest of halting the flow of money out of…
