Guess who chose the title of this post?

I’m being indulgent today. You see–I’ve worked way more than normal this week. But it was worth it. My new free ebook, Guilt Free Desserts, is available in time for you to grab the ingredients for Thanksgiving dessert!

I promised the kids that once it was launched, I would make sure they got in plenty of play time. I made good on that promise today.

The kids keep asking me why we don’t make play dough anymore like we did when they were little. (Because I hate play dough with a  fiery passion may or may not be the answer.) So I wasn’t surprised when they asked if we could make some.

Thank goodness I found this recipe and tutorial from Mommy in Sports. Kristen made Monster play dough for Halloween. And her kids played with it on the porch. Brilliant!

So I made a batch with blue food coloring and some without any coloring. It came out gorgeous. (Be sure to check out the play dough recipe here.)

Sadly it only stayed that way about five minutes. Pea decided that Olaf needed snow.

Then Pork Chop declared that Elsa was evil and must be destroyed. Epic snow battles ensued. The snow monster made an appearance. My porch table was trashed.

No worries. It could have been my kitchen table and floor that was covered in “snow.”

And luckily we have these cute new Disney Frozen Bounty paper towels. They are adorable. The kids didn’t even complain about having to clean up the mess.

It’s okay to make a mess sometimes. Especially when you have the quicker picker upper to help clean up that mess. I bet you know a kiddo who’d love these Disney Frozen printed Bounty!
