Saying Bye to Summer

You know that feeling right before the sky opens up and dumps 7″ of rain on you? That’s how I feel right before the school year starts. Between two kids in soccer, working from home while my husband works from home (oh the horror!) and shuttling the kids back and forth from school, life gets nuts around here.

This year the craziness is a little easier since soccer started super early this fall. We have just under two weeks before we start school. I can’t believe we are already saying goodbye to easy summer living.

Back to school transitions can be difficult for moms and kids! I’ve found some helpful resources to share this Family Fun Friday.

For those of you who are new to Family Fun Friday, let me explain. Each week my friends, Monica, Adrian and I throw this link party. What that means is that we invite other bloggers to our blogs to share their best family friendly posts.

These are some of the best and undiscovered recipes, crafts, homeschooling resources, and parenting articles from around the web. We then pick our favorites and feature them during the next week’s link party. Take a look around and visit some of our awesome blogging friends.
