Are you tired of feeling tired? Are you ready to be healthy, active, and to just feel comfortable in your body? Do you start off strong with the new year and then lose traction?
Or…do you want to get active but don’t know where to start?
I can help you with that. Start with a plan.
I created a planner to take the big scary “get in shape” and break it into weekly goals and victories.
Every day that you take the time to better yourself is a win.
I was in the best shape of my life when I had my first (and most painful) miscarriage.
It took me a long time to get back into the right frame of mind to even think about how out of shape I was. Life happens.
I’m a mom. When my kids are sick or need me, I skip my workout. When I have to chaperone a field trip, I skip my workout. When we run out of something and I have to run to the store, I skip my workout. And sometimes I am just tired.
And that’s ok too.
I am a “serial starter.”
I have started my fitness journey many times.
Check out what others have said about my printable planners:
I have been off the fitness train for months after an injury and i was looking for something to help get me back on. This is perfect! I think what I might do is laminate some of the pages (goals page, meal planner and meal tracker pages) and and reuse them, but print all the weekly fitness tracking sheets so I can see my progress over time. I have been reading a lot about goal setting lately and have been looking for a good way to write and review my goals every morning. I really love that this tracker includes a place to write your goals and the reasons/motivation behind them. – Laura M.
I love this planner! Plenty of space to track my workout details and the quotes are the extra kick in the pants I sometimes need to get myself in gear. Cute design and I love that it’s undated so I can use it again and again without having to make a new purchase each year. –WondermomWannabe
