In the Absence of Clutter

Last week for Family Fun Friday, I featured a few posts about decluttering and cleaning in preparation for fall.  I have been hard at work for the past week going through a summer’s worth of accumulated clutter.  I finally see progress!

Now what?

Thanks to all of the fabulous bloggers that linked up last week, I have a pretty good idea of what comes next!

Quality Family Fun Friday

 1. Form a new habit in September  from Womenwithintention.com has a 21 day plan to forming a new habit in only 15 minutes a day.  After the huge effort I put into clearing away the clutter, I definitely do not want to start letting it pile up again.
2. Painted Mason Jar Makeup Brush Holder from EverydayTrish.com.  Now that my bathroom counters are clear, I have space for pretty, decorative brush holders!
3. 6 Kitchen Organization Tricks that I love!  These kitchen hacks from Cathy at Cornerstoreconfessions.com will make it easy to keep some of the clutter from piling up.
4.  Brica i-Hide Car Seat Organizer Review.  I love this organizer.  My cleaning and decluttering extended to my car and I want to keep it looking nice.  This review from artsymomma.com has introduced me to a new product that may fit the bill for our needs.
5. Winter Preparation for the Home.  Barb Hoyer from Alifeinbalance.com has some great tips about preparing our homes for the colder months.  It does not snow here but that doesn’t mean that we should get the house prepared for colder weather.
6. 20 Date Ideas to Do With Your Kids.  MomsMorningCoffee.com has over 20 ideas of fun dates to do with your kids.  My stress levels have decreased with the decrease in clutter and now I feel like I can enjoy spending time with the kids without feeling like I should be cleaning.
