Cold season brings with it a host of symptoms. One of the most frustrating and disruptive features of the common cold is dealing with a persistent cough–both the wet and the dry variety. I’ve searched high and low for the best cough remedies, including essential oils home remedies for cough, for myself and my kids.
Uncontrollable hacking keeps everyone up at night and makes resting difficult for the sick person.
Whether coughing comes from a virus, bacterial infection, allergies, or environmental irritants, when you have a persistent cough, you just want relief.

In more cough relief tips – I focused a little more on the sleeping environment and how that can help relieve coughing. My husband is getting over a cold and sometimes moves to the couch because it is less drafty in the living room. It seems to be helping.
